Room felt more like a cell than a hotel room--tiny window at one corner of the wall. Noisy outside with construction. Very basic amenities. The staff were very helpful and the location was quite convenient for shows and close to Grand central and Bryant Park. I might stay again, but so many better options around.

Fantastic location in mid town, small but good gym for me at 5am when nobody else is there... Treadmill, Peloton Spon Bike an all in one weight machine, bench and dumbells. TIP - Top up your water bottle outside the gym door. It's colder than the warm water by reception and there's ice too!

I loved staying here! From check-in to checkout, every employee was incredibly friendly and helpful. Joanne and Xavier at the front desk were especially wonderful, and the rest of the staff were just as kind. My room was spotless and super cozy. It was simple but really, really nice and exactly what I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the city and I'd absolutely stay here again.
