It was awesome! It was close to grand central station where we had access to the train routes. There were many stores and restaurants to choose from. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable!

Ideal location. Prompt and friendly service. Very quiet, even facing the street on a lower floor. Special props to housekeeping. Reasonably priced for location. I was referred to this hotel and will refer it onward. Note: I appreciate your green eco policies, but there is nowhere for customers to implement them. Rooms need a place to put recycling. I have seen 2-sided bins (black bin for trash, blue bin for recycling) at other hotels.

Love this hotel. It's in a great location near Broadway but not in the thick of it. Take the 7 train from Grand Central to Times Square and the theaters are all right there.

En esos hoteles el personal de recepción fue muy amable y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos con muy buena actitud. En New York los únicos que nos atendieron con amabilidad y eficacia fueron Elías, Marco y Manny, de los demás no recibimos buen trato y muy poca ayuda.

Had to wait for staff to acknowledge us as they were serving others who had arrived after us. Staff talking to themselves so not sure if they were representing club quarters as the property has two hotels in the block Had a hissing sound in the bathroom when light switch was on and asked for an engineer to look at it as I had concerns over potential electrical issue. Front desk told me that an engineer had visited but did not know the outcome. So I waa not sure if it was ok or not. The hissing sound remained during our stay. The AC also makes a big noise for some time before going to a hum. This is all the time when the unit is on. The hotel and its staff are key when away from home they set the tone for your visit. I was disappointed as I had done research and based on the reviews I biked this hotel. We were not told to check in when we first arrived so ended up with a room near the lifts. Then we were given a room with the potential electrical issue. The staff did help with directions. I have stayed at other club quarters properties even in New York and would not be staying at this location again. Overall disappointing experience with concerns over safety.
