We had a great time at Club Quarters Grand Central. The hotel was lovely and clean, and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is an excellent location for seeing all that New York has to offer. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back one day.

Nice stay for business

Good stay for business with UN. Walkable to major attractions and transportation facilities. Lounge on the top is an excellent place to have meals, rest, looking over the buildings, etc.

The facilities and location were great, but the customer service was extremely poor. The person who greeted us was a white man with black nail polish, and he was incredibly rude to us — snatching our IDs and displaying a very unfriendly attitude. It felt almost discriminatory. I've traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and stayed at many hotels, but I've never experienced such poor customer service. If you’re Asian, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Great location and facilities

The staff were super friendly and helpful ! We were able to leave our bags securely at reception after check out as we had a late flight. The refillable water bottles on each floor was a brilliant addition and the coffee and tea station on the top floor was fantastic ! Cannot recommend enough ! The views you get from the top floor are amazing ! And the location is perfect

Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace was great for views drinks and handy on our last day before our evening flight. Beds were really comfy. Only thing was there weren’t any inroom safes but they had lock boxes available which we didn’t use. Will definitely stay again if we return to NYC.

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of the NYC action. The “lobby” is on the 27th floor with a great terrace. The staff was great and very helpful, especially Shoun and Eli.
