Everything you need in NYC hotel. Location superb. Staff helpful, room clean and handy luggage storage for pre- or post-stay. Fantastic views of The Empire State Building from room 16.06- reminds you how close you are to everything and why NYC is soooo special- especially at Christmas. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
