The room is extremely small, smaller than rooms in Tokyo and not nearly as well organized. You can get to the bed only from one side. If you open your bag (even a cabin-size one), you can barely get to the bed. Don't count on unpacking the bag. However, you can take out a toothbrush and there are hangers to hang some clothes. You have to keep the bag under the bed. There is nothing to hold to in the shower. The air conditioning is extremely noisy. If you open the blind on the window, you are seen from the building across the street, so, not much day light, if you want privacy. But the location is good.

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones y una ubicación conveniente, pero la relación precio-calidad no justifica el costo. La experiencia de check-in fue especialmente frustrante. Días antes solicité agregar una noche extra y me enviaron a Expedia sin resolverlo; pedí hacer un early check-in de solo una hora antes y tampoco fue posible. Llegué a las 10 pm y, aunque la habitación ya estaba pagada, me informaron que debía cubrir impuestos y depósito. No aceptaban Apple Pay y, de manera inexplicable, ninguna de mis cuatro tarjetas (AMEX y tres más) fue aceptada, a pesar de haberlas usado sin problema en otros hoteles. El personal fue amable pero sin soluciones, insistiendo en que hablara con mis bancos. Tras varios intentos y llamadas, tuve que dejar $350 USD en efectivo para poder ingresar, casi a las 11 pm. En 25 años viajando, nunca había tenido una experiencia similar. Durante el resto del viaje mis tarjetas funcionaron sin inconvenientes, confirmando que el problema era del hotel. El resto de la estancia fue correcto, aunque con una sensación de incomodidad por lo ocurrido. En conclusión, el hotel cumple lo básico, pero su manejo de incidencias, flexibilidad y servicio al cliente dejan mucho que desear para el precio que cobra.

Very cool place with good location. I am Over six foot and has a luggage for a 3 week trip. So the room was smalller than i need to feel comfortable. The lift is very limited with a long wait during busy hours. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

The hotel was great! Super location and so clean. We were greeted by Jamila. She was so friendly and gave us great tips to enjoy our stay and quick run down of the area. Eduardo was always super helpful. They gave amazing customer service and made the experience superb!!
