Our 1,000 SF 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment has huge south-facing and west-facing windows throughout. The sun bathes your face in the morning, and you can watch the sun set over the East River and the Manhattan skyline at night.

We're in 1 S 1st St (https://www.onesouthfirst.com/amenities), a new luxury apartment building that is directly next to the award-winning waterfront Domino Park. Renting our apartment comes with free amenity access to the very clean and well-maintained:

Walking distance to the Bedford L, the Marcy Ave J / M / Z, and the North or South Williamsburg ferry stops (taking the ferry is the best-kept NYC transportation secret).
