My spacious one bedroom / living room /kitchen in central Manhattan in one of new yorks most iconic areas is a very family friendly neighborhood , your options for transport are endless the New York ferry is a five minute walk and can talk you anywhere in New York by water ,subway and bus options are endless and close to union square station which has nearly all subway options available .You are also near the famous east village with some of new yorks most iconic cocktail bars and boutique clothing stores .
Its a large one bedroom apartment with a living room which makes it unique for the price ,its a perfect apartment for couples or small families trust me you won't be disappointed I have lived in Manhattan for fourteen years and if I have family coming I always recccomend to stay in my neighborhood as its very safe its suitable for a couple and extra guest or a small family.
You will have the whole apartment to yourself this includes large bedroom separate kitchen that you can do all your cooking (supermarket at end of block) and a large living room with a flat screen tv and wifi and Netflix
