There was no heat, they gave us space heaters the room never went above 54. They moved us rooms and was not given a refund. New York was -11 degrees. I will never stay here again

Room clean. Staff was great. Oatmeal was good. Disappointed front desk didn’t point out or offer tickets for comp drinks. When you turn the heat down in your room cold air blows on you when in bed. Bad idea especially when the temperature outside was 13f !!!!!!!
