The room was clean, but the front desk staff acted as if we were invisible. Free Breakfast was also advertised in expedia but when I asked the morning staff person looked at me as if I was crazy. In addition, the area surrounding the hotel and the walk there is perilous to say the least.

This staff at this hotel is incredibly rude and conniving. From the moment this reservation was booked online to the day of my arrival it was a disaster. We ended up not staying here and moving to a different hotel.

Not the best location-very far out of town. Didn’t feel super safe walking around. Staff were very average not answering the phone and not overly friendly. No fridge in room and small bed. Issues with plumbing. Spent a fortune with Ubers as location too far out. Noisy staff outside our room at 2am!! Not overly clean.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfy and somewhat close to manhatten and LGA airport. The rooms are small for a family but we really weren't planning to spend lots of time at the hotel. If you want a hotel with amenities, and plan to spend lots of time at it , this is not it. But if you want a clean room with comfy beds, good breakfast and within 30min of sightseeing, this is the ONE!

The man working the front desk was so wonderful. Very helpful, there was a small error in my room and he immediately corrected it before I would even say anything. Wonderful!

The room was incredibly noisy, with a high-pitched, whining, coming from industrial machinery outside and a low pitch drone coming from within the room. Additionally, we could hear lots of noises from other surrounding rooms, including room service knocking on doors at 6 AM. What I believe to be the smoke alarm had a printing light on it that we needed to cover up in order to get some sleep. The body wash in the shower was was empty. A black coffee at the café in the lobby was over $6. They did not have their own valet service, and so we needed to use a somewhat confusing system at the hotel next door that they had an agreement with. The neighborhood is all taxi depots and factories with smokestacks.

Parking next to hotel was $50 for my compact car. They told me it would be less. Hotel is nice but the neighborhood is industrial with the projects around the corner. My toile would not flush.
