Everything was awesome. The energetic staff made recommendations that were spot on with directions too! It rained during our visit and umbrellas and ponchos were readily available as was coffee, sweet treats including clementines! Shabby chic and a perfect location in the French Quarter made this hotel worthy of 5 stars.

Cute little boutique hotel just minutes from Bourbon. We got the balcony queen with our balcony overlooked Toulouse Street. Nice staff, awesome room with old French charm. We enjoyed our stay!

Lobby area was charming and unique. Hotel room was great. The only reason for a loss of star is the shower heads. Those need to soak in some CLR, because they spray every which way except down! Otherwise a great place to stay in the French quarter.

Location, location, location! Quaint hotel on Toulouse, convenient to everything in the Quarter. Great vibe, old and antique filled, but very comfortable. Every room is different, but so far our stays have been very nice. Superb staff, ready to help immediately with any issue (including neighbors partying at 3 am). Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in the heart of NOLA.

The staff (and cats!) here were wonderful, but this was not for me (Solo middle-aged woman on a work trip). I thought this would be a fun spot, but the noise was insane (trucks, music, drinks, street cleaners, neighbors). The room was very worn, cold, and not very clean. The area surrounding felt unsafe in the dark. I travel often for work and have never switched (non-refundable) hotels, but I did in this case. Probably great for someone looking for a party…

Amazing hotel! Quintessential New Orleans vibe. The rooms and property are unique, and make you feel like a part of history. The pictures do not do this place justice. The staff is amazing, and the cats are awesome. Great room amenities, and beds were awesome. No negative feedback at all. Might be one of the coolest hotels I have ever stayed in- of course it's in New Orleans. Will be back!
