I never received my Welcome gift as stated in my reservation. And I could not use one of my daily $15 which is part of the $25 resort fee, the hotel did not explain that I could not use that on the day of departure!! Horrible experience with the resort fee extras that we get charged for daily! Feels like a scam.

Front desk was professional very helpful. Made our check in so easy. Had free breakfast was delicious, but our last stay on 3/18/2025 female manager was very rude, unprofessional. Had a bad attitude for having to order a take out breakfast.
