Our flight was so delayed, we were unable to stay at this hotel, as we were stuck in an airport in another city overnight. I called, asked if we could transfer or cancel, and was told that the facility itself said that could not be done, despite the fact that this was out of our control. I am unlikely to ever stay at a Ramada again.

The floor in the room was slimy and dirty. Feet sticking to the floor is not my idea of clean. The beds were horrendous they sqeeked every time you would move. The pillows were huge and very puffy , like sleeping on a balloon.

This was a perfectly acceptable airport hotel. The shuttle was convenient and on time, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. This is all made better when considering it appears this property is generally significantly cheaper than other comparable properties in the area.
