Such a beautiful property, with so much charm! That being said, the rooms are not that great, not terrible, just not awesome. The beauty of the property makes up for it, but the rooms feel a bit dingy.

This was our second stay here. The staff is still amazing. This is an old building. It has old building things. That’s called character. We got a larger room this time with a courtyard facing window. Being converted from 200 year old townhouses, these rooms are quirky. Again, it’s a 200 year old building. There are noises. Maybe it’s haunted. There are steep door thresholds. We like these unique characteristics. If you don’t, then you may not enjoy this place. The secure parking and the central location are also extremely important to us. We were able to walk a few blocks to catch a streetcar or bus to go to several destinations where we didn’t want to drive and it was a bit too far to walk. So many fantastic dining options super close. We were really happy with our stay and will definitely book here again in the future.

Patrice and Andrew were so kind and charming. They brought a lot to our experience. Rooms were spacious and the location was phenomenal. The shared balcony was wonderful to have, as we were able to watch a parade with unobstructed views. Would definitely stay here again.
