This was a second time staying at Place d’Armes. Love it! The location, staff, room, courtyard pool and valet parking, are wonderful! Would not think of staying anywhere else! Staff is over and above friendly!!

It’s my favorite place to stay

This is the second time I have stayed here and it was just as amazing. The place is beautiful and located within walking distance of everything in the French Quarter. The staff is incredibly friendly and super helpful. The courtyard is beautiful and my favorite part. It feels like a calm getaway right in the heart of the city.

Very cute hotel, especially the courtyard area. The room smelled a little musty, but with the humidity it's understandable. Staff was very friendly. Short walk to Bourbon Street, Jackson Square and Cafe Du Mont.

Place D'Armes was a great stay for our first trip to NOLA! The location was great! Staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room and the courtyard was clean and full of character and the pool was a very welcome retreat on a hot summer afternoon. Hopefully will return soon and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This hotel was built over 200 years ago in the New Orleans French Quarter, but looked great. Our room has been renovated and was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing…one of the best we have seen in a hotel ever. The valet parking was expensive, but very convenient and safe.

Close to everything, very walkable in a safe area. Parking is a breeze with price being in line with the area. All the staff we encountered were so kind and helpful. Property is clean and well maintained, rooms are comfortable and clean with amenities like cable TV, updated bathroom, comfortable beds, mini fridge, coffee maker, closet with hangers, in room safe, daily housekeeping. Hotel has Elevators, beautiful courtyards with fountains (with Koi fish!) Lush plants and magnolias, an inviting pool and towels! I can't say enough about Place D'armes!

Recently stayed here for a birthday get away. I stayed June 12-15. First the location is amazing. Do not even need a car unless you are going to explore outside the French Quarter. Second, the place is BEAUTIFUL!!! I could have spent all day in the courtyards. But what put the icing on my cake vacation, was the staff!!!! Talk about people who understand the service industry. My favorite person is Rody. She was there at check in and was amazing. Every interaction was professional and kind and really held the spirit of NOLA. All the staff are kind and helpful. Need suggestions of what to see, where to eat, or just where to explore.....they got you covered. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit. Thank you Rody and staff for making my birthday trip that much better and special.

We LOVED this hotel! It is beautiful, elegant, full of NOLA charm with a courtyard pool, places to relax and stunning antiques in the rooms. Every single person we met was professional, friendly, and had great ideas for newbies to the city. The best ammenity though is the LOCATION! A few blocks from Jackson in one direction and a few blocks from Cafe Dumond & Riverside the other direction, and less than 2 blocks to Bourbon St. AND they have reasonably priced on-site parking -- very rare in the French Quarter! LOVED this hotel! Wish we'd booked a longer stay!
