I thoroughly enjoyed my Memorial Day getaway to NOLA. Staying downtown at the New Orleans Marriott was very convenient, walking distance to Bourbon Street and Streetcar accessibility. Wonderful Hotel and ambience to boot. I'll definitely stay at this hotel upon my next visit to NOLA! Two Thumbs Up!

I didn't give five stars for cleaning because there were some food stuffs like maybe dried rice around the elevator trash can area on the 21st floor that was there for 3 to 4 days. It was still there when I left. Everything else was excellent. The service was great. The person that checked me out I think his name is Rintendo was excellent. Also the fellow that checked me in was excellent as well. I don't remember his name but he has a hairband that pulls his hair back and he has an olive complexion.

I didn't like the fact I kept calling service desk and no one would answer. I didn't like that I had to wake up in the morning walk down to front desk to ask for towels and management act like it was nothing. Very disappointed in that.
