The hotel experience was far from pleasant. Upon entering the building or stepping out of my room, I was immediately greeted by an overwhelming smell of pets that was hard to ignore. The strong odor of urine added to the discomfort, making it evident that cleanliness was not a priority here. Given the amount of money I spent for the night, including parking fees, I expected better accommodations. Additionally, the morning coffee was terrible; I had better coffee during military field training.

Most important to me is cleanliness and comfortable beds - great on both counts. Large rooms, closets, bathrooms. We had a king room and king suite. Plenty of room for everything! Location is great for restaurants and shopping- all within walking distance. Would stay here again

Spacious room with a comfortable bed. It's a little off the tourist path and a bit of a walk to restaurants. It had a small fridge but no microwave. A bar but no dining area. Still, it's a part of New Orleans history and we enjoyed our stay there.

the air conditioning was set at such a cold temperature that it was difficult to sleep. the thermostat did not work to raise the temperature and no extra blankets were available. the desk clerk said she could not do anything except call the maintenance number and they could reset the temp from a central location...didn't happen!!

Heat and cooling in room a mess, no creamer for coffee, hidden fees, room very loud and hard to sleep due to traffic. Streets blocked/closed all around and hard to walk. I've been to NOLA many times and this was worst accommodations.

Convenient location to both Bourbon St and Frenchman St (especially Frenchman St), without being loud at night. Very comfortable mattresses. Great place to stay in the French district. The phone-based lock system didn’t work in our room but they gave us a fob that worked fine, so no big deal. Good price for what you get.
