The staff was my favorite part about this hotel, (Valet David & Sebastian were awesome, check in /out gentleman also stellar customer service) Stayed on Feb 6th right before Super Bowl so they were busy but didn’t show it with all the care they gave to us. Second to the staff was the cleanliness of the location & our room, and lastly was the convenience of walking to our favorite haunts in the Cresent City!!! Love this place!!! I cannot recommend enough.

Overall we had a great stay. LOCATION LOCATION!!! You can get to everything on foot. Unfortunately, the ppl in the room next to us decided to smoke inside the room which was unpleasant. We notified the office and they addressed the issue. We felt safe for the most part. The room was smaller than we expected but we made it work. I would recommend, especially if you’re going to venture on foot.

It was a good area to access things we wanted to do, the property seemed a little dirty, when we walked into our room the air vent above our door was black with dust. Came home quite sniffly. Staff was wonderful and checked us in early and helped schedule a taxi back to the airport. Also be aware of the 50 dollar incidental charge per day

Front desk and facility staff all courteous and helpful. Icehouse Bar cozy and perfect for pre or post dinner cocktail. Every event, save one, we wanted to enjoy we could easily walk to. Quiet at night.
