The service was great. That said some very poor things such as the mattress being both squeaky and way too soft (worn), and honestly the worst room service food quality I've ever experienced. Paid $70 for pizza and sliders and it was absolutely awful.

All the staff was very very friendly and welcoming. We were especially impressed with Michael the bellman and Cedric the gentleman greeting guests at the front door . Wonderful hotel .
