The only one that was friendly was even remotely and help full . Was the front door secure person. I can’t remember his name , but the front Desk people wouldn’t help with anything we needed!

Mostly. There was a problem with the toilet with some water dripping off the tank to the floor that I kept an eye on. The AC unit thermostat didn't have instructions one had to keep pushing buttons to get it to change. Staff nice. The restaurant was great. There was a leak from either the ice machine or drink machine on our 12th floor. I told the staff twice the carpet was soaked in the end. The view from the room was right onto two large vents that were ugly to look at and noisy. Pointless asking for a different room, the hotel was full.

The hotel was very nice looking, but the AC didn’t work in the room had to call on it and it would not cool down the room I had it on 65 the whole time and the temperature never went down.

Check in was easy. The lady helping us was very knowledgeable friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. The ONLY issue I had was valet. You give them your ticket. 10 min later they put you on a shuttle to a garage. There someone gets your vehicle. All of these guys wanting a tip! Tipping THREE times to pick up your car ONCE is ridiculous!

Would’ve been a five star overall if the elevators were working. As it was, we had to either take the elevator to the fourth floor and walk up, or the sixth floor and walk down. Getting to our room became a hassle throughout our trip. Staff was helpful, but it just took away that each time we left our room we didn’t know if we’d get back to our floor.

Room was hood. No coffee in room after first dsy. Front desk night staff not the friendliest but morning staff was friendly but said we have to wait for reciept by email ans did not get it. Breakfast was limited. Not great.

Our stay was great. The room was clean n bed was comfortable. The front desk were super helpful n courteous shout out to Joy n Kaley they were great !!!! I would return again next time . Location is great.

Great location, comfortable, spacious room! Clean and fresh! Refrigerator, safe and coffee maker in the room! Good hot water in the shower! Temperature remained constant! Front desk and lobby staff were fantastic! Shout out to Joy at the front desk, who truly made our stay a pleasure!

Staff was friendly. I liked that they were checking for cards to get into the motel. You also need a key card to get to the room floor. Honestly my only complaint was the floor in our room was sticky. I had stuck my foot in something at the edge of the bed. That was gross. My rating is based on the fact it’s great location. I didn’t think the noise was to bad for being next to bourbon. Nothing my white noise didn’t cover. All the events were in walking distance. So we could run back and use our restroom. For a party scene I would say this was a good place to stay. I just took the one star because the rooms gross floor. The b da were also really comfortable.
