I got 2 rooms on 3 and 4 floor and lift was not working. When we reach room card key is not working. 4 floor there is no hot water. Breakfast included but in breakfast curd and only bread. One staff person managing front desk, card key not working issue, managing inventory of breakfast.

They tried to offer us a room where the key card didn’t work and said that we would have to ask the front desk to open up the door every time we need to enter. Then the bathroom floor was slippery which is a hazard within itself and the shower was wet as if someone had stayed in the same room like 10 minutes ago and on top of that there were no towels and we asked twice when we checked in and before getting ready for check out! We asked in the morning for towels before check out and there were still no towels available we had to dry off with HAND TOWELS!! Along with that a lady had a really bad interaction prior to us checking out when she was trying to check in and gave her a disgusting room for her and her son. Will not stay here ever again the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and that’s saying a lot with us being military because we have stayed in worse conditions. 0 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Breakfast was lacking. Only a little food brought out at a time. Coffee machine not working a couole days. The hotel rooms need work. Several other people experienced the same thing. Tvs not working, door locks not working and the list goes on. Found a big cockroachin the room. (Only one so it may have been rare) Service staff was good. We were told the hotel is going to be going through renovations so I think things are be neglected. Location was good. Safe area.

I stafrom a Friday through a Tuesday and the housekeeping never cleaned my room. After the first day, I gave it a pass and got fresh towels from the front desk. The second time, the owner or manager gave me more towels and I asked him to remind housekeeping to service my room. It never happened. .The staff desk

The stay was okay, considering the area. I wouldnt stay here again unless I had to. Staff in the morning/ afternoon time was better trained to me. Chose not to eat breakfast based on personal observations, but thats just me.

Great place to stay in New Orleans without staying in New Orleans! Clean, comfortable, spacious, equipped with everything you need. Nice neighborhood. Will definitely visit this hotel again

1st room tv didn’t work. Moved us to 2nd room. Tv had lines running through it, bathroom door couldn’t close, lights didn’t work, blood on bed sheets, couch was damp the entire time we were there. Went for breakfast at 8am all pans were empty and there were only 2 pans for the entire hotel. Said they have to find the cook. Couldn’t have breakfast any of the 3 days we were there. Kept trying to take out an $11 charge but no one knew what it was for.
