Loved the over all feel! It felt so relaxing. The bed was amazing and the breakfast had a vast selection for everyone! Enjoyed that some of the options changed day to day. Charlene in the dining room was so funny and sweet! Could of talked to her all day! The loungers by the pool where very comfortable and a great place to relax after breakfast with a good book before starting off for the day!

Darlene at the front desk gave outstanding customer service and was so welcoming. Safe parking and nice access to the FQ Our room did not smell clean, particularly the bathroom. TV and bed were nice.

The parking was nice to have but spaces too skinny. I REALLY liked every single employee at this hotel. From the check in, to the grounds/maintenance person, the guy helping with parking, the breakfast staff. All were not only kind and helpful, but eager to do so. Very very impressed and felt welcome and right at home.

Booked not realizing Mardi Gras was starting. About 6 blocks to Bourbon St so great location. Staff was very nice and breakfast was great. Quiet and loved the courtyard feel. Would stay again.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was good, especially the grits and red beans and rice. The courtyard was charming and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy New Orleans.

The staff was great and responded to all your needs.There is a courtyard you can sit and relax in. There is a pool but it's not heated so like the staff said if you can take the temperature you are able to use the pool. There is a great breakfast served everyday, which was delightful. Also, there is a bar for your convenience and a bartendar to make you a deliciouse drink. I think the only thing I would suggest is having an employee check on the pool restrooms at least every two hours for cleaning.
