The staff was so nice especially the blonde lady at the front desk at check-in. Another guest was being rude to her and she was sweet and patient in difficult circumstances. The room was beautiful. The courtyard was lovely prettiest hotel with charm and comfort.

My first stay because it was close to the Mahalia Jackson theater, but not my last! Despite their computer system being down, this team didn’t skip a beat! They knew how to do it the old fashioned way! Easy check-in and only $20 a day to park in a gated, covered garage. Nice room, comfortable beds and spacious accessible bathroom (my request) next time, I’ll make sure to get a courtyard room and not one on the noisy Rampart St side! One elevator was cranky, but only 3 stories and stairs were handy. Too sleepy for breakfast, but my grandson enjoyed his meal at the complimentary buffet.
