Beautiful grounds

Beautiful grounds, nice pool, staff can be good, rooms are basic but comfortable. Bathroom shower is the weakest part. Free breakfast is a nice touch. Parking lot spaces are smaller.

Repairs to other rooms were noisy and an exterior door was kept open to that the hallways were constantly exposed to insects and outside weather conditions.

So much construction going on at this property while we were there. The courtyard was lovely, but the construction was always going on so it was loud. Construction was even taking place in the breakfast area so staff had to make waffles for you. Staff was awesome. Hotel was not the most modern but was fine. The best part was the fancy coffees I could get in the morning :)

The customer service was excellent. They let us checking early and always willing to give advice. They just made our stay seamstress. There were issue beyond there control like no water (sewer issues) our first day and also ants in the room they were everywhere.

Good location in French Quarter, across the road from Armstrong park, 3 blocks from Bourbon street, 6 blocks from Jackson square. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is very limited and spaces are very small. Facility looks a little run down and is in need of an update and deep cleaning.

Definitely a great value!

This hotel was everything we needed. We wanted somewhere safe to leave the car. Was a locked surveillance garage where you’re given an automatic garage key where you can come and go securely as wanted. Breakfast was amazing! Pool and courtyard was everything pictured! Room was smaller than typical hotel, but for being in the French quarter it was actually quite spacious. Having bathroom/shower and sink area separated is a must for us so glad we found that. Beds were very comfortable! Not many around had a fridge but they did. Staff was all friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect. Armstrong park was right across the street, very picture perfect. Being in the French quarter was important as we wanted to walk as much as we could. But being on the edge where we were, it wasn’t loud one bit but was just blocks from bourbon street! We easily walked all of French quarter and then took a $10 Lyft when we wanted to go to Garden District.

Great hotel within walking distance to Bourbon St and all things in the french quarter. Hotel had a nice little pool, courtyard, great breakfast, on site secure parking and staff was very friendly. Rooms were comfy but smaller. Par for the course for an older hotel in the charming french quarter. Our family felt safe walking to explore the area and would totally stay here again.
