Conveniently located near Bourbon St and all French Quarter activities. Friendly staff. Breakfast was mediocre. The bar was not open on a consistent basis, but good selection. The lobby is secured and must use card or be buzzed in, so that was reassuring. Rooms are nice size with rain shower head and great scented toiletries. No central air, so you can hear the unit while its running, but room was nice and cool. Everything was clean. Would recommend.

I loved the location and the night front desk was very helpful when i had a issue with my room and didnt hesitate to help solve the problem. The sheets looked clean but i was confused as to why a finger or toe nail was in the bed and the sheets underneath the covers and the sheets had little black hairs which may been pet hair. May been that they were hard to come off in the washer, idk. But the night front desk did help woth that.

Do not stay here! This place is trash. The breakfast is fake eggs and always cold. We chose to not even eat it. Despite the in room pamphlets and online amenities stating they have extra beds and laundry services l, they do not. One of us had to sleep on the floor. We got rained on the first day there and were told we could uber to a laundry mat to dry them. We left early and stayed at another hotel because this place was bad. Oh and the stew that broke the camels back was no hot water for a shower the last day. Stay away place!

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, but the images of the rooms are VERY misleading. The room I ended up with vs watch I thought I booked was not even close. Room size was probably close to half the size of what I thought I was getting.
