Great location. Didn't park there so didn't have the hasslea lot of reviewers had. Certainly a bit dated, but everything was clean and in order. BIGGEST PROBLEM was that Travelocity did not include the DESTINATION FEE in its price and so what was supposed to be a good deal relative to other options turned out to be more expensive. The $27 Destination Fee was in the small print if you clicked on policies. This is not the hotel's fault, but it was discouraging that this is how Travelocity treated its customers.

The hotel was nice. The room ac barely worked and the toilet ran constantly. Staff tried to fix it when we entered room. Somehow my reservation was cancelled at hotel but Expedia said the reservation was still booked and paid for. They did quickly fix this error and thankfully was still able to get a room.

The room was very small. Have to get valet parking which cost us 250 for 3 nights. Very difficult to unload and load the car (only option is in the street). Tried to get more towels and tp from housekeeping but they never showed up. We ended up getting some from the pool area. The staff was very helpful and friendly though. Just very understaffed.
