The hotel is very convenient as you are in walking distance to bourbon street. We were told after checking in that the AC went out a few days ago but they were working on it. Our first room was extremely hot. Maurice got us moved into a better room with AC and I appreciate all his help during our stay! He was the best. I do think the valet parking is a rip off and they take forever to bring your car. Also get a receipt when you check out because they have fees for literally everything. Also, I do think we should have received something for our initial inconvenience because the first room was literally 84 degrees and it was an high of 90 or more during our stay in Nola.
