We love the pool area. We wish we discovered this when our son was a baby, he would have so much fun; moving forward, next time we come we will be coming again and discover more of wonderful Liberec.

Good place for kids, bad food, super hot rooms

Great activities for kids all around. IQlandia is amazing as well! The food in the hotel is of an industrial level and bad quality. The rooms are very hot, you can not open any window and the AC is not working properly. The hotel is huge and not well indicated what is where. Can be a nightmare to find the pool or the restaurant. The reception is friendly and professional.

CK on tour

3 star hotel attached to the crazy (but great for kids) Babylon water and theme park. In an ex industrial part of town but with buses to centre (10 minutes/24 CZK) or by taxi (100 CZK).

Good hotel for families

Very big hotel, you can really get lost in it. The water park and lunapark are great for the kids. The bed and pillow were very bad.

Hi I booked from Expedia.co.uk with price reserved at £115 but had to pay in hotel £121.99 and I received wrong package. I ask for package to be change to one which I ordered but Lady in reception show me she is not happy with this- eventually she changed but not very good start of my stay. Breakfast very nice. Hotel very clean but deco dated for this price in Czech republic.

Poorly Managed

Hotel building is an ex-production facility, so you feel like in labyrinth without windows. Rooms are small, without enough towels and ability to close the shower door due to position of shower head. Restaurant is driven by inexperienced personnel. Are you trying to get rid of claustrophobia by shock treatment? Book it!

Tolles Familienhotel

Schönes Hotel für Familien mit Kindern. Toller Indoor Spielplatz , gutes Frühstück. Leider war das Wasser im Schwimmbad sehr kalt.

Hluk na pokoji, který jsem dostal hned vedle výtahu, chybějící resp žádný toal papír (!), velmi malý pokoj. Problém se snídaní, i přes ujištění recepce že je v ceně. Velmi složitá orientace v hotelu. Nedoporučuji vzhledem k mé zkušenosti.
