Book Netrang hotels

The stay was good; however, my ratings are based on value for money. I felt that for the same price, I would have had a better experience in the Fern or similar properties. Specifically, there is nothing much in terms of facilities - there is a small Gym and a swimming pool. Full stop. Several of the staff seem to be interning there and obviously don't have much of a say - including simple requests for two key cards. They obliged with two cards for one room but refused for the other. One would expect that such facilities have some common room with some Chess or carrom but was not available - As I said, the property was ok, but when considering value of money, it was not up to the mark.

Hotel was clean.. staff was friendly and were working really hard. But very understaffed.. upper management is very poor in manpower planning.. the top management doesn't seem to be interested while staff on the floor was very hard working.

the staff was more interested in getting people tp check out irrespective of what time one has checked in. felt like living in a home stay not a branded hotel
