In the heart of Saitama, Palace Hotel Omiya is within a 5-minute drive of Saitama Super Arena and Railway Museum.
Very close to the station, excellent amenities in or close to the property. Staff was efficient and friendly. Room turndown service everyday was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property when visiting Tokyo. Bonus that Omiya is a Shinkansen station 🙌
