Perfect spot for a family vacation. Beaches, pools, aquariums, water parks, friendly staff and beautiful views. There’s also gaming and a fun nightlife if you can break away from the fam.

We had an excellent long weekend. The room was nice and updated. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The food was good- not amazing but good. The beaches were clean and had seats to choose from. Lots of water activities. Our room on the third floor had a patio area with a large brick wall which blocked our view which wasn’t great but over all a great stay and we will be back.

The property and the grounds itself were gorgeous, but I would say they are definitely in need of an update (more so in the actual hotel rooms with the carpeting, etc). The rooms were spacious, the grounds and wildlife habitat were beautiful. The grounds outside are so big that even though there are tons of people at the resort, it doesn’t feel that way. You have plenty of large pools and different swimming areas to choose from. The ocean was too rough for the kids at the time we went, but they had a lagoon that was just perfect. There are plenty of activities to do, although you need to pay extra to do most of them. One thing I will say is that because the tips are automatically included, it feels like the employees don’t feel a need to impress or to do a good job. Some were very friendly, but others seemed like they hated their jobs and barely said two words to you. Overall, though, it was a very nice trip and the kids loved it.
