This place is so rundown and in disrepair. The AC in my room barely worked and the floors in the room were so greasy that I almost feel several times. The staff seems genuinely miserable to be there. I overhead bartender arguing with guests multiple times. I would say good morning to staff and often only get a dirty look in return. The food was sub par and one night I couldn’t find anything to eat because everything was so salty. Additionally the “ocean view” room is only a tiny sliver of ocean and 90% a construction site. Lastly the “resort credit” is a complete scam. It is $635 worth of random coupons that you would never use, including $200 off a wedding. I will never return to another RIU property.
Much of the resort is closed off the caution tap.

Food and drinks were great , all inclusive is very worth it. To all the bad reviews , do not listen to them , it’s perfectly fine especially for couples. Made a lot of friends with other couples

Staff constantly cleans around the property. The buffet was very good each night. Also the property is currently going through remodeling al Dont be surprised if you see the men working, painting and updating.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful and well-maintained hotel. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming team, front desk staff, restaurant staff, and housekeeping were all incredibly friendly and attentive. It was clean and the atmosphere made me feel right at home. The drinks were flowing, and I especially loved the jerk chicken hut— The buffet offered a great variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so there was always something tasty to try. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The Riu Palace Paradise was all I could imagine and more. My husband and I celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary there yesss. This beautiful beach property catered to our needs in every way. The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate us with a room upgrade and kept us smiling entirely. Dining was sooo satisfying and we've gained some pounds loll. The lively entertainment was the best with the performancers amaaazing choreography. Vacationing in an only adult resort honestly made a huuuge difference for a peace of mind. We will certainly be returning.

Food salty. Bugs crawling on the floor. Bed uncomfortable. Can’t open the bathroom door all the way because of the toilet bowl in the way. Some areas smell like sower or vomiting.

. I did not like the fact that I had to change rooms because the first one the sink stopped up and the toilet ran over the second room. They moved us to the refrigerated door fell off. Sand was all over the floor because we ran off the beach, but still, you should have some kind of way to clean up the sand off the floor and off the balcony. Some of the staff was kind of dismissive at times and I did not like that.

The facility is not very clean. The food options are very limited. It's difficult to get a reservation and the food at buffet is better than the restaurants. They were pressure washing the building to paint and they had paint chips flying into the pool area and onto the beach. Getting paint in your drinks. Room had a balcony only 3X3. Noise from air-conditioning unit was so loud you couldn't even sit on the balcony or hear the ocean.
