We stayed at this all-inclusive resort with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience did not fully meet them. The à la carte restaurants were not open every day, which significantly limited dining options during our stay. The rooms felt outdated and not very appealing, and the main lobby had an unpleasant odor throughout our visit.
Service was another area where the resort fell short. While expectations seemed high, the overall delivery of service was inconsistent. One exception was our waiter, Sunny, who truly stood out with excellent service and a positive attitude—he made a noticeable difference in our experience.
The volleyball area was poorly maintained, and the alcohol selection was quite limited. Being served tequila shots in paper cups was surprising and not something we’ve encountered before at an all-inclusive resort.
Overall, the resort has potential, but several areas need improvement to meet the standards expected from an all-inclusive stay.
