Generally great experience with an amazing beach, excellent water parks and various food and beverage options. Rooms could be cleaned better - we had to ask room service to clean the toilet and the bathtub at check in 😞Room is very spacious, bed is huge and comfortable, there is an ice and water fountain on the floor - very convenient. The only suggestion would be for the staff (including the restaurants) to be friendlier. Unless you tip from the beginning, they treat you poorly. Many times when ordering food they seemed to be disturbed… Other than that, everything was great! It is a place to return

Spend 6 days at the Grand Hyatt, Baha Mar with my family and it was overall an amazing place. Extremely clean, good dinning areas, and beautiful scenery. Our biggest con was the surprise fees and taxes. We never complain about pricing being that the stay is usually up to par. However, as a family of three it was nearly impossible to have breakfast without having to pay $100 or more- a simple breakfast I may add. Dinner was also extremely expensive being that they added about 25% taxes and VIT to everything. Hence, the pricing of the location was absurd- even for basic necessities aside from food. If you are looking for a stay that is extremely beautiful and convenient then this place is a perfect option but please be aware of how expensive it can get!
