The hotel was beautiful. The property was well maintained. Everything you needed was available. If there was any area for improvement, it was at check-in, which took much longer than I expected, and our request to have rooms close to people we were travelling with was not accommodated even remotely. Not only where our room’s not close they weren’t even in the same towers. That was very disappointing.

Relatively close to the beach and water slides, which are good and line-ups very reasonable. Over-priced meals for the quality. Staff is not friendly at all and no maps and no proper signs - easy to get lost - and no one will take a moment to help you. I would never stay there again - not great value for the high prices.

We had a great experience here traveling with our two toddlers. The resort was fun filled and packed with tons of things to do. Everything was so clean and sanitary. We felt very safe traveling here. The restaurants we went to (Marcus, costa, regatta, pizza lab breakfast, Cleo, el jefe, and 25N) were incredible. Delicious food and very attentive service. Loved the water parks too! I also like how they shut down the pools randomly during the day to filter the water and give kids a chance to eat lunch and use the bathroom. It’s a quick 15 min shut down but very effective. Highly recommend for families.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom ocean view Residence 1 king West Tower for 4 nights with a 1 year old. I’ll start with the good… Room: absolutely amazing very large full kitchen breathtaking views very clean Ambience: pretty scenery lush landscaping and many pools. My son enjoyed the flamingos and sea animal encounter, all cost extra of course Beach is gorgeous and many open seating areas good for families Water park was fun we all enjoyed it Food: Average quality Many restaurants to choose from but majority of them are extremely expensive. Not enough options catering to families. Pricing is insane Cost: Outrageously expensive, it’s not all inclusive which is fine but having to pay a service charge for every meal is ridiculous. Not enough casual restaurants to choose from Hospitality: the staff acted as if we were a burden and they did not want us there, I have traveled to many places and have never encountered such poor hospitality. Final Thoughts: Although the resort was pretty and room nice I would never go back or recommend this resort to anyone due to the extremely poor customer service. Given the amount of money we spent I at least expected normal hospitality. There are many other places I would have spent less money and received much better service.

Some staff members were absolutely wonderful, others not so much. Baha Mar is a mixture of cruise and Vegas. Food is completely average (some restaurants are mediocre at best) and terribly overpriced. The BREAKFAST buffet at Regatta is awful!!! $210 for 2 adults, 2 kids, and a 16 y/o they consider an adult. All for boxed eggs. The rosewood is beautiful, if I returned here (which I don't plan on doing) I would stay there, instead of the Grand Hyatt. The grounds are beautiful and the kids enjoyed the water park.
