The hotel is beautiful and in a good location. Beach is nice and pool nice as well. Room was average but good, very clean. The thing that bother us was the service, specially at the bars and restaurants. Food took forever to be ready, it was hard to get a hold on staff, like we had to beg for a drink or a meal - that was actually not cheap by the way. Positive topics: unlimited availability of towels by the pool and beach, good structure, great view at the beach and very calm water, a lot of options around and always a taxi available by the hotel lobby.

Took them two days to fix the hot shower to take a shower with constant inquiries. Waited two hours for food orders at the pool. Dinner at the grill, they messed up my order that my wife and daughter finished eating and I still waited 30 minutes for my meal. Waitress said she messed up and still charged us for everything. Had to complain twice to get our rooms made at 5pm when coming back from pool to find our room wasn’t touched yet.

The room is not soundproof, which affects sleep. Originally it was a suite, but it was divided into two rooms, and they are not soundproof, not soundproof

The “tavern” that is in the main level in the hotel thinks it is acceptable to be have their music absolutely cranked until 3am. They couldn’t have done a better job of leaving me miserable and tired the next day if they were trying. I also have a $1450 charge on my credit card when I was checking out I don’t know what for. This charge is on top of what I have already paid for the room and the $50 (US!) a day resort fees. The black mold in the shower was another reason for concern. The massive cruise ships that dock every day in Nassau park right next to the beach here. So you can’t be in the outside areas without smelling and inhaling the ship’s exhaust. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who is seeking a relaxing stay.
