We did not receive our inclusive breakfast, the bed was hard as a rock, there was mold in the shower and pubic hair inside, the iron had wet and dry rust coming out of it. The secondary pillows were stained and dirty and smelled like dirty musty feet. All but 2 staff members were not happy at all. They were rude and couldn't crack a smile or a welcome. The check in was horrible. No information given other than here is your wristband. No instructions nothing. We were told all we had to pay at check in was our balance of just over $100. Try $580. The private beach at the shore up to the sand was filled with trash. They do not rake it daily or at all. I literally was bringing piles of trash daily on to the hotel back steps for pick up. And the staff didn't come to the beach to take orders as expected. The bartender outside was rude. Theo a new staff was the only one at the beach pool area that cared.

Clean room. Great amazing beach it was private and not a lot of people. The restaurant was a bit slow service but the food was still really good. If you are female and traveling alone or with only other females please be careful at night walking as it didn’t seem too safe for us. The guys at the valet were very sweet too. I would definitely stay here again! :)

Staff was pleasant, but restaurant staff was unattentive, considering the cost of everything here. Two breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees were $56. Lunch for two was usually $150. Dinner was a minimum of $180 with two drinks. This place is beautiful, and historic old Nassau, but right next to the cruise terminals, so you get 3-4 ships coming in every morning, and the tourists roll in. When they leave, the shops all close. For the less then stellar location, the prices should be way more reasonable.

Loud noise in wall. Maintenance fellow said it was the pipes in the bathroom walls. They did offer to change us to a different room but we were too tired to repack. Also room did not have a private balcony. It had a balcony at the end of hallway for all rooms in hall to share but no chairs to sit.
