Great location, shopping and dining just a few blocks away from the hotel. Be careful with taxi drivers, they abuse their fares when you are tourist. Ask how much before get in the car.

Pricing is not clear. Property, food and beverage are over priced. Travelers would be better served going to other property with true ocean views, balconies and full beach access. Not the view of construction. Only highlight Staff was great!

The staff was not friendly at all. I got blamed for smoking on daughter’s birthday trip. We went out for breakfast and as soon as we got back in the room I received a phone call from a man telling me I have left my DND sign on my door for the past 2 days and they’re giving me a “call” before coming to check in my room. I told him to be my guest and come on in- he didn’t want to. Now if my daughter would have picked up that phone call we would have a had a real problem. Need less to say we no longer felt comfortable at this hotel. I continued to leave my DND sign on my door because now I didn’t feel safe since I was being watched. My daughter and I were in the bathroom changing to leave for the airport and about 5 different employees came into the bathroom saying it smelled like something and checking the stalls. The pool/beach staff were not friendly, I was not spoken to unless I went and spoke to someone. I had to keep walking across the beach to get drinks/food. An employee finally noticed what I was doing then decided to ask me if I needed anything on the beach (even tho she was servicing the 2 tables beside me). I spoke to Tamika aka mama bear who helped me with my trip, we emailed back and forth throughout my trip she kept checking in to see if we were ok. I really appreciated. If you are staying at this hotel I would recommend getting in contact with her for any of your needs!

Amazing and relaxing stay! I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the towels. Love the private crystal blue beach and white sand! The ambience is oriented to families and young children.

Amazing Hotel and Interior Design is Fabulous! Beach is little but very nice, feels very secure and staff is very friendly. Around the area though is not too much to eat. So eating was very limited to a couple of restaurants and the couple restaurants in the hotel.

Wonderful staff and beautiful resort style hotel. Amenities are excellent, including pools and restaurants. The only issue was the house keeping always ran later in the day. We would be out and about only to return late in the afternoon and the room still had not been cleaned. That being said, once I brought it to the staffer’s attention, they would clean right away.

Our time in the Bahamas was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted me with such warmth and genuine hospitality—it instantly felt like home. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, with nearly all the must-see sights just a short stroll away. One of the absolute highlights was an incredible excursion to Rose Island, where we had the chance to swim with the pigs! The atmosphere was electric and joyful, and the food? Absolutely divine—it all came together to create an experience I’ll never forget. To top it all off, we wrapped up our vacation with a serene walk to the Queen’s Staircasea peaceful and powerful historical site that made for the perfect ending to our fabulous vacation!

Everything around the property closes at 5pm. This should result in the hotel itself having a number of entertainment and dining options. I was disappointed at how early everything closed down, the beach bars and firepit near the hot tub. Again, if we're trapped in the hotel, we shouldn't have only one place to go to and everything else closes in the property by 7:30. People don't eat at 4pm and go to bed at 8pm.

We were moved from our 1st room because the TV did not work, and the refrigerator was so loud you could not sleep. The bathroom in the next room was covered in mold. We paid extra for a garden view and looked at trees that were dying and trashed old swim toys. I shared that with the staff, and they did not care. The beach was dirty lots of cigarette butts and broken glass.
