2.5 miles to downtown this home is centrally located in East Nashville, next to Shelby Park. 3 outdoor spaces, Hot Tub, Grill, Kitchen Area and seating for large groups makes this the perfect home away from home after a busy day exploring all that Nashville has to offer.

This modern, beautifully designed home is packed with awesome features making the perfect Nashville vacation! Walkable to all of the best East Nashville restaurants, The Presley is a must-stay.
Main level boasts a well appointed kitchen with open living space with luxurious leather sofas from RH, (king sleeper). A 65" TV and Sonos Surround system turn this room into a Theater experience. The Entry screened patio is the perfect setting for your morning breakfast and coffee. The main level also includes the double bunk room with full bath.
The Second Level has a large King Master with En Suite and 2 Queen Bedrooms with Trundle Twin.
The Spiral Staircase leads to the rooftop deck, hot tub and Fire Pit. What an amazing View of Nashville!

Guests will have access to the entire home except Owners closet and the garage - however there is off street parking for 6-8 cars!

Located in the heart of Shelby Hills, this home not only has it all, but is in the middle of an incredible neighborhood. Guests are mere minutes from Jeni`s Ice Cream, Lockeland Table, The East Room, Marche, Margot Cafe and Bar, 3 Crow Bar, 5 Points Pizza, Red Door Saloon, The Treehouse, The Pharmacy, Mas Tacos, Rumors East and Sky-blue Cafe. Being so close to downtown and The Gulch, guests have easy access to the Nissan Titans Stadium, Ascend Amphitheater, Printer`s Alley and everything Broadway has to offer. Music Row is only a few miles away along with Midtown and Hillsboro Village. Even Germantown with its incredible eateries and First Tennessee Park, home to the Nashville Sounds, are a stone`s throw away!

The inside of the house was nice. The master bed was super comfortable and the balcony areas were fantastic. It would have been nice if the lawn were mowed/kept when we arrived, but it was not. Seemed like pictures showed some outdoor space on grass, but I didn't find that. All in all, it was great for what we needed.

The property was amazing and just as listed. Very convenient location to get into downtown enough parking, beds super comfortable exquisite decor. Easy to run AC and more than enough sitting space to have privacy and the hot tub was a real bonus. All in all a fantastic place to stay while in Nashville would highly recommend it to families.

Great house for 9 ladies for a weekend get away. Online pictures were accurate and house was in a great location for activities downtown. Hot tub was a great bonus, but just be aware that spiral staircase leads to the hot tub so focus on the walk up and down! Great place!

Really nice place. The beds are really comfortable and there is plenty of room for the whole family! There really isn't much of a view from the roof and the neighborhood had a few houses that seemed a bit on the sketchy side. Nothing i would say is a safety concern, just some that are run down. Nashville is a beautiful city!

Lovely big house in Nashville, closeby to lots of restaurants and downtown. Easy parking for those with cars, and we also had an easy time getting ride shares quickly in the neighborhood as well. Bachlorette Paradise

We had 12 people stay here over this past weekend. It was perfect! The location is so great to get around all over Nashville! A few minutes from Broadway and it also very close to highways so getting to the lake was a breeze! We were able to party all night with no complaints. Rooftop hot tub got so much use! And the screened in front porch was a nice touch as we were out there the entire time and no bugs! Thank you so much for an amaizng place to stay!

My husband and I came up for a short trip and the house was perfect! So close to all the breweries and restaurants that we wanted to go to and even close enough to downtown to do things, but not feel like you are anywhere close to downtown. Would definitely recommend.
