Located in the Woodbine neighborhood, we’re just minutes away from the city’s main attractions. Whether you’re heading to the excitement of Broadway, catching a game at the Nissan Stadium or Nashville Soccer Stadium, visiting the Zoo or Adventure Center, or even venturing out to the NASCAR track or Franklin, our home is perfectly situated for your adventures. We're conveniently near major highways, with Broadway just a 10-minute drive away.

We love living in this eclectic and family-oriented community and are excited to share our home with you while we travel. Spanning 1,500 sq. ft., our home blends modern design with rustic and midcentury touches, creating a perfect harmony of indoor and outdoor living spaces. The sun-filled front room leads to a fully windowed sunroom, where you can enjoy the bar and take in views of the backyard. Step onto the Southern-style covered deck to relax with a game of darts, cornhole, or other family-friendly activities.

The heart of our home is the well-equipped kitchen, featuring all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, food processor, blender, and more. Complimentary coffee, tea, and high-speed internet (1500 Mbps) are provided for your convenience.

When it’s time to rest, you’ll have your choice of four cozy bedrooms:
-Our spacious King Bedroom is filled with natural light and sits across from the main bathroom, which includes a bathtub and shower.
-Inside the King Bedroom, you’ll find "The Pod," a compact yet inviting 8x10 ft. windowed room perfect for kids or solo travelers. It features a twin bed, a memory foam mattress, thoughtful touches like cedar-lined cubbies, and a luggage rack.
-The Middle Bedroom offers a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, mirrored closet, and desk.
-The Fireplace Bedroom features a quaint electric fireplace, a firm queen-size spring mattress, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and laundry facilities.

Each bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind, including sound machines, overhead fans, and bathroom amenities to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

Our private backyard is a true highlight, offering a mix of covered and open spaces for dining, games, and grilling on the Weber Charcoal Grill. Enjoy lawn games like croquet, yard dice, and frisbee, or simply relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings.

For your entertainment, we’ve provided TVs in every bedroom and the living spaces, complete with access to Direct TV, Netflix, Max, and Disney+. Smart lighting and security features ensure a welcoming and secure environment, making you feel at home the moment you arrive.
