Not a great stay this time.

Our reservation was for 3 adults. We chose the king bed/sofa sleeper room for ourselves and our 19yr old son. We stopped at the front desk to get bedding for the sofa sleeper and also request another set of towels since there were only 2 sets in the room. The desk clerk said she’d have to check if there were any extra towels but because the hotel was “at capacity” they may not have any more. What hotel runs out of towels, especially when we were only asking for the bare minimum required for our booking of 1 night/3 adults. When we returned, she had “found” another set of towels. The next morning while getting ready to leave at 6am, discovered that the hairdryer was broken. Went, once again, to the front desk only to be told there were no other hair dryers available but that a service request could be made for Tuesday. It was Sunday and we were checking out. The room we were assigned (322) was also smaller than the previous room we’ve had. The bathroom door was barn-style and did not close all the way. There was an almost 2” gap so you could see into the bathroom and hear everything as well. One of the outlets next to the tv was unusable because 1/2 of it was covered by the backing for the tv. There was also a fuse box on one wall. It was like that room had once been a utility room. We stayed here in ‘22 and everything was great but the hotel seems to have went downhill since then. We won’t pick this one again.

The property was fine. The guest service was not. I complained several times about guests in the floor above literally running late into the night and early in the morning. I was refused a new room due to capacity. There was no offer of a discount or any other consideration. Claims of " sorry nothing I can do.

During our stay there were limited towels, the juice machine was out of order, minimal options for breakfast, and no the parking lot was full and did not offer parking for trailers. The main area was nice for hanging out and lounging and the beds were soft and comfortable.

we loved the full size fridge as we take supplies with us when travelling...also the 2 burner stove ,kitchen sink micro ..perfect ....ate dinner in the room.....nice not to have to go out

While clean and tidy, some issues observed were: 1) only three tissues in the single tissue box in the bath 2) the phone didn’t work. 3) several lamps were unplugged or non-functional. 4) coffee maker was missing a key component.

We always stay at this property when we come to town. Have always been so pleased with it. This time that was not the case. The buffet offered food, but no drink options, not even water. There was an area where you could purchase water and those were out as well. Seems like such a simple option to be able to offer water to your guests, even if you have to go purchase some. We had several other issues, but for the most part, the front desk was able to resolve for us. They were always very friendly, but not always really knowledgeable. We don’t wanna give up on this hotel, because we really like the location and the convenience of it. But hoping some of the issues we had this time will be resolved on our next day.
