This beautiful furnished 4 bed, 2.5 bath home is nestled right in the heart of Franklin. It is available for short term or long term rental for anyone moving or working for long periods of time in the Franklin, Brentwood area.
The house is fully stocked with the highest quality furnishings for your enjoyment and leisure. High speed internet and cable are available for your use. There is an open floor plan with a huge sunroom that have projector with 100inch screen. The outdoor deck is just off the sunroom as well.

The kitchen features with new appliances and all the cooking utensils you need so you don't have to worry about dining out each meal.
Kruger, Target, Panera brad and a shopping mall that has plenty of restaurants is within 5 min drive from the house.

The downstairs master bedroom includes a king size bed, 50inch flat screen tv and a full walk in closet. The master bath has a walk in shower and full size vanity.

There are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. The 2 queen size beds bedroom has a flat screen TV and large closet. The second bedroom has one queen size bed, and walk in closet, the third bedroom has queen size bed, and a large closet.

We did not use the kitchen for cooking. Only the refrigerator for drinks. Was up early and gone most of the day. I do have a few suggestions to make the stay a little more comfortable for the guest. Need to put more seating in the bedrooms like a bench in front of the beds and/or chairs. Because we where elderly in the bedroom we had no place to put on clothing other than the bed. Being short didn't help couldn't touch floor. Also because we are in a technology world having a TV in all the bedrooms would have been great. Couldn't get the game in the projection room only movies and my husband was looking for the football games. Only in the master bedroom which had no seating had to get a chair from the dining area which was uncomfortable, and everybody in the bedroom not cool. Also could have used more towels we had to wash towels to complete our stay. Overall a clean place would stay again loved the neighborhood and close to restaurants a quick drive.

We were snowed in for a day of our stay and the home was a very cozy place to be indoors all day. The fireplace and cozy couch made for great conversation spaces. The kitchen was clean and equipped with what we needed to prep food for the day.

Beautiful house with great location!!

This was a beautiful house in a safe neighborhood. It seems like a quiet nice neighborhood but is only 5 minutes from Kroger, restaurants with live music and fun, ice cream shoppe, etc. The area is beautiful! Easy to get to Nashville and Lieper’s Fork and Franklin. The beds slept wonderfully!! Would definitely recommend!!
