The only complaint I have is that House Keeping would not give me an answer if my lost item left in room was turned in. The item left behind it’s expensive I have been calling every day and still no answer. I did love the property and the room we stayed in.

We loved being so close to Vanderbilt. Our room was fantastic for a family of 5 and the valet service was very convenient. There were plenty of restaurants close by and we were even given some great recommendations by the staff for Martin's BBQ.

The hotel is very convenient to Vanderbilt and all of the sports facilities. The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Very bad experience with property was very poorly managed. Nobody pick phone at housekeeping, frontdesk. Room was not well cleaned, soft tissue pack was empty, bathroom was not tidy, extra bedding was looking used. Elevators are cringing like they will fall. Parking was very expensive with $40 for 24 hours. Parking was dark, lights not working, very dirty with trash cans overflowing, debris and trash spread all over.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, amazing breakfast options. This hotel is placed perfectly in walking distance of some of Nashvilles most Iconic music venues.
