Very good stay and location

Had a city view corner room. Great size and views. Would have like to have seen the unused space used better. Like a small table n 2 chairs or chair n ottoman etc .

Would definitely stay here again. It was impossible to talk to the front desk staff directly when trying to call before our arrival. Kept getting transferred to the call center. The front desk staff and the valet were beyond exceptional! There was one particular office staff member that was difficult to deal with. Threatened to cancel reservation unless I confirmed in a two hour window and then I couldn’t get connected to confirm. Apparently hotel overbooked for the night, and they were frantically trying to find space. Not my problem they overbooked! Otherwise good location, nice rooms.

Location and comfort is everything

This is a great location. We enjoyed the clean, comfortable room. It was close to Starbucks for morning coffee, close to nightlife and not far from the river for walks. It has a huge shower and comfortable beds. Bathroom doesn’t have a fan so BYO white noise.

Loved everything, except if your staying there you should be able to park for free. Your current rate is crazy especially when your spending so much money to stay there.

It was pretty pricey with no normal hotel amenities such as breakfast or at least free coffee in the morning. There were also no waiters in the restaurant. You had to go up to the bar to get drinks or order food.

Fabulous location. Comfy beds. Lovely hotel staff and great bands playing in the bar every night. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was amazing, there is a gentleman that works in the parking garage area and he greeted everyday in and out of the hotel with water bottles! Food and musicians were unbelievable in the hotel restaurant and bar. The room was extremely clean and housekeeping was just amazing.

This hotel was awful!! Customer service is the worst. Stole $500 and made us move to a less hotel promising we would get full refund. Guess what. Lies!!! And the other hotel was much worse!!!
