Gorgeous property

Upon entering I was struck by the following:Cleanliness- beautiful kitchen with state of the art appliances and comfortable living, sitting space. The bedrooms were large with attached bathrooms and well stocked with linens. The rooftop deck was awesome for hanging out and enjoying the evening view. Walked to restaurants and Skinny Dennis where we heard great live music.

We enjoyed our stay in this centrally located VRBO. Everything we did was within a 15 - 20 minute drive. Easy access to downtown. Great communication with the owner. Beds were very comfortable.

Great Nashville getaway

The property was so close to everything we wanted to see and do! It worked really well for 3 couples, as we each had our own room and bathroom and then a 1/2 bath off the kitchen/dining/living room. It was chilly while we were there, but a great rooftop deck with a fire pit! We really enjoyed the place and would definitely stay here again. The only caution is 3 levels so a lot of stairs. Great communication with the property manager, very quick response!

Home was as listed on website. Very spacious and great for entertaining. Owner was able to accommodate early check in which was very nice. Very convenient to downtown Nashville. Down side was the lack of basic necessities such as pot holders and baking dishes. Towels were scarce in kitchen and bathrooms. Had a difficult time controlling temperature throughout the house. Overall I would recommend and stay again.

Great spot for a family trip to Nashville

My family of 6 stayed here to see the Patriots play the Titans. Wonderful trip! Close to stadium and a 10 minute Uber to Broadway. Plenty of Ubers available within minutes. Grocery store for supplies nearby as is a great place that delivers breakfast! Place was supper clean and comfortable.

Stairs, stairs and more stairs

First we were 3 - 70 year old ladies and there were an incredible amount of stairs. Not for the stair faint individuals and no elevator. Also the roof top lights go off early so you might ask that they remain on for a good part of the evening. The neighborhood is very "iffy" on terms of homeless folks. AND I drive a Toyota Highlander and the garage is a bit small with nowhere but the garage to park. Parking was a nightmare. Street noise from the front bedroom was off the charts. Carpet was somewhat dirty. The beds however were extremely comfortable. The TVs all worked differently and that was challenging. Inside of the refrigerator could have been cleaner. Bathrooms have no hand rails so be extra careful. We took Ubers everywhere which was cost effective.

Not complaining, just to let you know, there are tiny ants in the kitchen. They were on all the counters and the dining table. We couldn't locate the patio furniture covers and while we were there it was a bit windy so the BBQ cover kept getting blown off. Very nice condo, clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Beautiful space in a good location!

The space was beautiful inside and very clean. Good location and a coffee shop close by. Only thing to be aware of is that the garage didn’t fit our suburban so drive a smaller car if you want to use the attached garage. We had to park across the street. Otherwise everything else was great.

nice condo but.....

cleanliness good except we saw cockroaches on the rooftop (along with bats) and in the upstairs back bedroom. not adequate garage space for a large vehicle. decor and furniture very nice. security light on front outside was too bright for downstairs bedroom. it would be nice to have window covering on the top window in the front upstairs bedroom. very bright with street lighting. suggest earplugs due to busy street condo is on.

This location is a great place to stay in Nashville! Close to everything! The area around the property was great. There was a gas station, grocery store, and restaurants just a short walk away. Also was close to downtown. The place was beautiful!
