The property outside was well lit and police camera was visible. Cleanliness was present and nice. The breakfast was nice, straight to the point. Bacon, eggs, bagels, juices, cereal and fruits, etc.

Not the greatest/not the worst

Check in was fine, but within 20 minutes of checking in, a member of staff accessed our room without knocking, luckily had the privacy latch moved over, I opened the door and they asked if we had just checked in and then just walked away. The next night, the hotel power was out until the early hours of the morning.

Jay at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating while checking in! Very convenient to the event we were attending at the Opryland Convention Center. Squeaky clean and up to date. Breakfast was good with a decent amount of choices although I couldn’t find any hot tea. Bathroom (tub and toilet) is tight to navigate. Very little counter space around sink. All of the lights are led and too bright, but that’s just my personal opinion. Why aren’t there ever any hooks for towels????

It was easy to access off the highway. There were 6 or 7 nice known restaurants on the same street, less than a half mile. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and the towels were nice (not hard and scratchy and had a pleasant clean smell). Would definitely stay again.
