Very generous and helpful
My trip date was change but I failed for notice him. Even so, he helped us to stay with his kindness. Of course the house was very clean and fatastic landscaping view. THANK YOU.

Very small room and unit. You cannot stand fully upright in the upstairs loft if you are over 4’5. The stairs are dangerous, as they intervene with the air-conditioner unit and can be hazardous to toddlers. The stay was over-priced. The view was beautiful though, and it may be nicer during the summer ...

객실 내 방음 전혀 안됩니다
방음이 너무 안되서 잠을 거의 못잤습니다. 윗층에서 계속 아이들 쿵쾅거리며 뛰어다니는 소리가 들렸구요. 객실 안에 프런트와 직통으로 연결되는 전화가 없습니다. 휴대폰으로 프런트에 전화해서 직원이 바로 전달하겠다곤 했지만 이후에도 크게 해 결되진 않았습니다. 리조트 안에 있는 BHC 매장 사장님은 왜 그렇게 화가 나신 모습인지 모르겠지만 무척 불친절 하구요. 객실 안에 안내 책자도 하나 없고 시설에 안내판도 제대로 없고 리조트 안에 어떤 시설이 있는지 찾기가 어렵습니다. 알아서 공부하고 오라는건지..물어보고 싶어도 직원 찾기도 쉽지않네요. ...
