Family accommodation in Naples Park

Beautiful home, clean and well appointed. The only negative was the size of the 4th bedroom. It was very small, no dresser, no closet. Kitchen was well stocked, and everything was as described. Would definitely return.

Overall this was an exceptionally beautiful property in an ideal location and we had a wonderful stay. The drawbacks were few but not entirely inconsequential; though we would definitely book the property again. We did not realize that night swimming/use of the spa was not allowed and had the listing stated so clearly, we may possibly have looked elsewhere as a private house with a private pool was our #1 item with the specific intention of quiet, but at night, swimming. This was definitely a disappointment but not the end of the world. The only other difficulty was the Welcome binder with instructions for the pool and spa operation were not listed anywhere and we could not find them for the majority of the first day - there was no indication or listing where to find them but the host was very responsive and helpful which we appreciated a great deal. The home itself is absolutely lovely, comfortable, and with almost every amenity one could ask for. The amount of options provided for entertainment, the beautiful kitchen and bedrooms, perfect couch for a comfy and cozy movie night were all top notch.

Dan’s home was perfectly equipped both inside and out! The beds were all comfortable, the decor pleasant, the kitchen and amenities were perfectly functional. We really enjoyed the home and our stay! My husband kept saying “the house is perfect” each and everyday. Check-in was simple. Details about the home were accurate. We all enjoyed the house, the bikes, the pool, the grill with motion detector light (big hit with my husband!)The location of the home with respect to the beach was super convenient! Walk, bike, or drive!We do enjoy staying in the North Naples area. This home does not disappoint! Five stars easy! Don’t hesitate!Thank you so much Dan for making our stay relaxing and effortless! We had a most pleasant stay at the Cozy Beach House this week. The place was immaculate with absolutely nothing overlooked, which made our stay all the more comfortable. Since we flew in from PA, we had limited space for towels, beach chairs, etc. All of that and more was happily provided. The pool was a nice surprise, too- new, clean, lit in the evenings, and warm, too! Location was great, too, being close to beaches and the Mercado. All in all a great place to stay. We’d do it again in a heartbeat!
