Just to say I visited Naples

The floor where my room was not up to my standards in that the rugs were dirty and they need to be replace like yesterday. The hotel entrance was beautiful, the lobby floor and the stairs were like marble floor but once you got to the floor where my room was, the rugs old, raggary and dirty. The building has an elevator and it felt secured to be there. The area is beautiful with ocean views and lots of restaurants also walking distante to Chiaia avenue. This avenue is shopping area. Overall this place a good choice for me for 2 night stay. The staff was nice and friendly.

The only negative was that there is a lot of construction going on outside that the hotel has no control over. It looks like they are renovating parts of the waterfront.

Nice hotel by the sea

Loved the location of the hotel! The room was very clean, nice bedding and amazing rainfall shower. Housekeeping staff was great, cleaned our room and refreshed towels daily. We had free breakfast, which was much appreciated. We did not have water views (see pics) which was very disappointing based on hotel’s website description. Had struggles with AC working at night. First night was great, but then kept erroring out. Had maintenance come twice and were told that it doesn’t work at night. Weird. I did ask to switch rooms because we had an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Front desk staff said that it wasn’t possible. That was frustrating. Otherwise, a nice stay as we didn’t spend a ton of time in the hotel room. We did enjoy Naples and surrounding islands very much. A great Neopolitan experience over all!

Worst experience that is not accurately represented on Expedia: - Shower Location: In the bedroom, in front of the bed with no door, causing a stale water smell. - Room Conditions: Uninhabitable, leftover cigarette butts, no air conditioning, strange odor. - Stay Duration: Left within 30 minutes and booked another hotel. - Hotel Representation: Not accurately represented on Expedia or on the hotel’s website. - Hotel Details: Only one floor of rooms (elevator to one floor up), very small lobby (around 25 sq ft). - Customer Service: Nonexistent.

The front desk personnel were very helpful. The bed and pillow 5 stars. But the room itself had sticky floors, the bathroom was in need of repairs and the roof was dark and tacky. The comfortable bed, surroundings and front desk personnel made up for it.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The cleaning personnel were very clean. The parking was very close by the hotel. The breakfast was nice. Very close and walkable to the city center and attractions. Plenty of restaurants around the area. The hotel was on the see side so you can enjoy the walk next to the see.

Try somewhere else. Looks are decieving .

Our room looked fabulous , balcony with water views . But the rest was a let down . Our room was adjacent to elevator & ridiculously noisy all night . We could evehear reception staff chatting below us . Air con had a mouldy musty smell , we turned it off .We had to ask them to lower their voices. Breakfast was almost non existent with only 90% cakes. No bread except for dry stale white slices. Cafe latte was tepid. Didn't bother after first day .

We were pleasantly surprised how clean and elegant this hotel was upon arrival. Front desk was very friendly, professional and willing to help. Room and bathroom was large, clean, modern and fresh. Area is conveniently located and is safe even in the evening. Hotel has elevators so you do not have to carry your baggage, there’s also a bellhop.
