Water was provided only for the first night which is penny / euro pinching. We were staying for 9 nights and when I queried this I was told you can buy it from your mini-bar or the bar. Both expensive options, when if you had booked for individual nights it was standard. You do not get a reduced rate for multiple nights so why a reduced service ? The air conditioning did not seem to be able to be controlled which mean we were quite cold most of the time. Breakfast was not very impressive and the offering did not change for 9 days. It seemed as though they did not expect people to stay for long so would not notice ! Some of our tours started very early meaning missing breakfast. When I enquired about some thing being provided early, even in the room, I was told - NO in no uncertain terms. The place lacked any atmosphere - especially the 'deserted' bar area.

The hotel is in an ideal location close to the harbour and beach. Lots of shops and dining options in the area within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed one short night, the area was safe to walk around with lots of shopping and restaurants and bars that open late. The hotel is in a great location but is on the older side and like 3 star rating quality. Service was good and friendly.

The breakfast provided by the hotel was really lovely and the location is excellent but the room, while clean, had marks on the wall from other guests and could definitely use some refreshing. I left a skirt at the property and contacted them to see how I could get it back. They said they have located my item but I should organize a courier to pick it up. This should be fun ;) While Napoli is a food + drink paradise (the hotel is steps away from L'Antiquario which has lovely champagnes by the glass!), you definitely have to work for it/everything

Do not be fooled

While the room(s) may have an attractive esthetic appearance, there’s a lack of understanding that guests should not have to deal with issues that are easily covered by management. I was shocked to see the bathroom shower literally falling apart. The walls had mold and the floor was basically in pieces (see pics attached). The room has a moldy smell to it that was rather unpleasant.
