The process of check-in was quit difficult. The hotel sent a video guide through WhatsApp with wrong entry code. Finally, I had to comunicate with them by phone to get in.

Decent but slightly uncomfortable stay

Starting with the positives: -the location of the property is top notch -promenade is just 5 mins walk away. -you have great restaurants, cafes, bar (flannagans) and ice cream parlours (Menella) just few mins walk away! -breakfast had a good spread! In terms of issues we faced: -it takes few minutes to figure out the entrance of the property- it’s hidden in plain sight with no proper sign. -the hotel didn’t have an elevator- not a big issue if you have to move luggage in and out just once! If you are a big group with lots of luggage- won’t recommend! -the room structure was a bit weird and unorganised. -the room is decently clean however the liquid soap finished on the 2nd day of our stay and was not refilled. The biggest issue/inconvenience we faced was that water did not drain properly in the wash basin. After paying €€€ for the property, that’s the least service you would expect.

Great place to stay , very secure in a very upscale neighborhood of Naples. Owners were super nice and helpful with everything. Very lean and great breakfast. Highly recommend, I had a great experience.

Don't hesitate to book this one! Traveled to Naples with my boyfriend and we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff organized a boat rental for us and went out of their way to make sure it ran smoothly. The room is renovated and modern (great bathroom). One thing to know is there is no common area or restaurant, but they serve breakfast in the morning.

There was an alarm ringing all night. Told the staff and did not care about it. Could not sleep. Would not recommend this hotel at all. They also did not received us, left the hotel room key in a place downstairs. Worst service ever.

Naples weekend stay

we had a great time in this place. Service is excellent, and breakfast is fantastic with many options. The hotel is within walking distance of many great touristic locations, including Palazzo Reale, Teatro di San Carlo, etc. We have also used the airport transfer offered by the hotel at a reasonable price and all worked very well. I can only recommend it.

We needed a spot for a quick stop over in Naples. Leone Camere D’ Autore was a perfect fit. Staff was accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent. Location is perfect for shopping, sight seeing and dining.

Terrible don’t book!

Rushed and disinterested checkin. The room had no windows except overlooking internal aircon units. The bed was uncomfortable like a canoe, bad sleep and back in the morning. Noise all night long for Neighbouring room and outside. Wi-Fi did not work. The decor was old and outdated. Bathrooms horrendous I wouldn’t even shower in the morning, just wanted to leave!

The staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. This is not a traditional hotel so there is no 24 front desk to check In but the manager will do a great job of walking you through check in via WhatsApp. I believe this helps translate more complicated transactions. The front door is a bit challenging to find but look up to the flags denoting the hotel. Great accommodations and a great brakfast. Lastly thanks to them for arranging a cab early to get to the air port

This was such a gem, we wished we had found it earlier as we spent the previous week elsewhere. The rooms are boutique and unique. It feels like entering a livable art piece wich was probably the intention considering the name of the hotel and the adjacent art/antique shop that is attached to it and that belongs to them. This is located right by Via Chiaia and the seawalk of Mergellina. Safe and clean area. The room was kept clean and the included breakfast was a spread. The owners are super friendly and hospitable and they go above and beyond. What we didnt like: Even though you climb a few sets of stairs, fhe room still ends up being at street level on one of the sides. That is because this neighborhood is hilly at the back and as a result, one of the balcony was literally there on the street. This was somewhat of a problem because the doors weren't soundproof and the noises traveled right through. Not a deal breaker to be sure, still not the greatest. The only thing that we were not happy with: Our bed had a hollow/caved in shape, and as a result it was really uncomfortable to sleep in because you couldn't sleep straight and you were constantly slowly pushed towards the center. This sucked because you could tell this was a quality bed. Not sure what happened. Overall this is a great spot to choose for quality, location and price.
