Receptionist was lovely and friendly. Such a lovely motel to stay the room was absolutely spotless clean, the bed was so comfortable to sleep on. We had a restful nights sleep. The motel is a short distance away from the city centre. The pool was nice and refreshing especially on a hot day. Highly recommend and shops, takeaways and bakery/cafe 1 min away from motel. Definitely would stay here again,, Thank You for a lovely stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t believe they would service the room on Christmas Day! Really appreciated and didn’t expect such service. Room very spacious for our group of five adults. Very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of plunger coffee :) appreciated the freestanding fans and AC in the hot weather. Not the most modern motel you’ll stay at but their service and plenty of extras makes it very worthwhile to stay here. Will stay again when in Napier. Thanks so much.
