The room we had was amazing it catered to everything we needed.Loved hearing the beach right outside our door. Walking to distance to all cafes, restaurants and many more shops. Would definitely recommend staying here 🙂.

Nice hot shower for me, deep hot tub for my wife & daughter. Netflex was on point with good movies also.

Great veiw from our room on the second floor, 3 floors in total and no elevator but the stairs are not steep. Room was clean and price was cheap. This hotel has so much potential but is in a desperate need of a refurbishment. Kitchens seem quite new, beds were comfortable linen was clean. The first room we were put in was a complete health hazard, wall paper hanging off and walls covered in mould, we requested a new room the lady at reception didnt seem to understand my issue (English was not her first language) Cleaners cme over and assisted us with the room change. Woken up at 7am by rubbish trucks emptying all the bins at the complex and there doesnt seem to be and sound proofing as we heard every car. Once it has been refurbished this place will be absolutely amazing.

As a Studio Unit this was very spacious and well equipped. Despite being on Marine Parade the double glazing made it very quiet, and the view out into the bay was first class, especially the sunrise. The spa bath looked very tempting but we just didn’t have time to experience it.

Check-in was easy with pleasant staff. Unit was clean but very outdated and in need of modernising. Only mirror in whole 2 bedroom unit was in bathroom which was a nuisance, none in either bedroom when main bedroom had large wall space available. Small dining table in lounge had no overhead lighting which made area very dim with only small wall lights when eating and playing games. Motel in good location, easy stroll into town and nice view out to waterfront.

Excellent one night stay in a large room with kitchenette, and jacùzzi bath. Really comfortable and great locatiòn to the beach and 10 minutr walk to thr city centre. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The most run down hotel we have experienced on a two week trip. Rather strange layout with two “rooms” but there were two large windows between the rooms with no glass (only blinds) so little privacy between the two rooms.
