Our family 6-night stay in Feb 2026 was excellent. The rooms were clean. I like to commend Ryo Matsuoka san for his assistance rendered to us. He went out of the way to help us with taxi arrangement to Chubu airport for our guests who attended my son’s wedding.

The reception staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and service staff clean and change bed sheets and towers every day. There is an option if one does not wish to have them changed to save the environment. It is next to two floors of restaurants and shopping g malls As the hotel is next to the railway station, we can hear the trains but not to a disturbing level.

Rooms were very clean. Bathroom is large for Japan. Location convenient as it was close to train station and there are lots of restaurants on the 12&13 floor. Lots of shopping just steps away. There’s a Starbucks on the same floor as the lobby with nice patio/view.

1. One of the closest hotel to Nagoya Station. Accessibility is quite confusing for the first time. We figured out later the easy way through accessible elevators via West Exit direct to Meitetsu airport trains platforms. It’s actually easier than we thought. We believe the hotel should update with this accessibility information, as airport buses were suspended during winter. However accessibility for local and regional trips are on the fly! 2. There’s a convenient mart, drugstore and Starbucks along 15th floor entrance. Adequately convenient. 3. Breakfast buffet is pretty comfortably decent and splendid. Nice tall window views or private corners to choose from. 4. Vending machines on every floor is good. But there’s no hot drinks selection! Sometimes you need hot drinks at 2am in winter. 5. No laundromat. No room service. Pretty much self-equipped lodging. 6. Room and bathroom is pretty clean and spacious. The digital smart screen room controller is definitely the BEST feature to control the entire lighting and temperature. Can be improved further, but it’s pretty convenient! One of the ceiling spotlights not working. Not a major issue, but difficult to pack things at 4am.
