Very clean, housekeeping did a very good job. Front desk could do better. Laundry service is sort of half self service. There are no english entertainment channel except the news channel. Other than that, all good.

Breakfast was excellent. A/C was modern and efficient. I would like to commend front desk staff Mr Kato for going above and beyond. While trying to use the luggage sending service the onward hotel stated we had NO reservations and could not accept our large suitcases. We provided Mr Kato with our reservation and confirmation number and Mr Kato took over from there. Even though it took over an hour he resolved the reservation issue. What a relief. He even secured reservations at JR Gateway Nagoya for us in case the other ryokan did not come through.
