The Candeo Hotel is the best option if you want to stay near the Chinatown area of Nagasaki. The bus stop is about 3-4 min from the hotel, and you can easily move to other city points. The staff was kind and helped us during the check-in process. The room was really nice and comfortable, suitable for a three-person group. It might be crowded if you are traveling with huge luggage. The hot spring was really cool and had an excellent sauna. However, there were few lockers available.

The breakfast buffet selection was great. The location can’t be beat- right across Nagasaki station. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was spectacular and diverse offering Japanese and western foods. The hotel is a grand scale and setup for big wedding parties. The beds were a bit hard for our taste.

Located in the mist of shopping street with many food options around. It is well connected by buses and trams. The service was great and the room is new and nice. The slight down sides are that the room is slightly smaller, and the hotel is located quite a distance from the train station (about 20mins walk).

Loved it here! Great central location for Nagasaki tourism right besides a tram stop and a department store.
