Superb valley view with infinity pool, helpful and humble staff, various indoor amenities. We did zipline too but few stuff like rope walking was under maintenance.

Considering the fact that there is no other eating facility around the area, the food in the restaurant was quite bad.

It is not worth the stay. Staff is courteous. Rs 500, govt safari ticket they charged us 2000+ with no addons( not even a bottle of water). We had to drive ourselves to to the safari pick up point and had to wait almost an hour to get a bus . We were under the impression that the safari is in exclusive vehicles since the charge was more than 4 times the govt charge. 20 mnts into the safari, we returned to pick up more tourist and there was not enough seats. Total ripoff Food is average. Not at all worth the money they charge.

Excellent food and stay at the resort. Beautiful location. Good roads. The entire Waynad is amazing - with an abundance of tropical vegetation. Very pricey - though.

Such a wonderful safari resort for families. We stayed two nights and it was wonderful. Very clean and attentive staff. Food options were great and our child with a wheat allergy had plenty of options. My wife enjoyed the spa and the kids enjoyed the play area. We will definitely be back again and only stay at Serai.
