Enjoy the relaxing ocean view from the newly decorated, freshly painted, first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the front of 'A' Building, mere footsteps from the awesome Atlantic Ocean!!! The condo is approximately 1000 square feet of spacious living. It is fully equipped to ensure guests enjoy the southern comforts of home that Myrtle Beach Resort has to offer.

From the large private balcony, you will enjoy the beautiful ocean view!! Awake early and enjoy your coffee viewing the sunrise over the ocean, but oooh in the afternoon sitting and relaxing is awesome.

For your time indoors, the condo has just recently been renovated, painted, and completely re-decorated, with new kitchen updates! It contains a family suite, complete with a wall-mounted 55' HDTV. The kitchen has all the appliances of the home and a large dining table seating for five.

The master suite is completely furnished including a king-size bed and a mounted 32' flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen/xl twin bunk bed, dresser, and a mounted 32' flat-screen TV.

The condo is an end unit on the first floor (great for the young and old) with no need for elevators or stairs!!! The unit is mere steps from the front ocean pool and that wonderful sandy beach.

The Myrtle Beach Resort is a gated community nestled on 33 acres and is conveniently located in the very south end of the famous Myrtle Beach, away from the congestion of the strip, yet close to the area's best restaurants and major attractions. The landscaping of the resort is beautiful and has the amenities to make your vacation a paradise!!!

The newly renovated unit worked perfect for our getaway. There was a keurig maker and pots and pans. The beach theme decor added beautifully to the unit. This unit is on the 1st floor but the units dont actually walk out and we did have steps to get up to the unit. Also the unit has a side view of the ocean from the patio. The host even had beach chairs available for use. The host was amazing she was even able to accommodate us a day early last minute. The host was very reaponsive from start to finish.

Our December trip was wonderful! The condo was perfectly located in the resort… close to the beach, outdoor heated pool, indoor pool and the outdoor restaurant. It had a well stocked kitchen and a Keurig (we made a low country boil the first night there). Laundry facilities were a few doors down but still convenient. The host answered our questions quickly and check-in and check-out was easy. We hope to return soon!

Summer Vacation

Our property owner was Mandee and she was very easy to work with, very informative and very accurate on how much fun the kids were going to have. The kids are already planning for next years trip and hopefully we will be accepted back at Mandee’s condoThe condo was perfect snd the pool and beach were much needed. Can’t wait to come back.

Great Condo/Location for families

We really enjoyed our vacation at this condo. Pros are location to the beach(you are literally right there at it), cleanliness of condo, easy check in/out process, plenty of pools and hot tubs, and beach bar, AND it is wheelchair accessible. If I had to say something negative, all I could really say is the laundry facilities on site aren’t great. Our clothes smelled funny after using them. And the second bedroom did not have very much storage for clothes or a closet. But other than that, this was a fantastic find, and we plan to stay here again in the future.
