Blood and urine stains on mattress in 2 separate rooms. Paid for 3 nights and used it only one. Hotel and Expedia thinks nothing is wrong with those mattresses and refused refunds even thou brought to their attention upon check-in Stay away from this hotel and Expedia has you have to fight for refunds. The pictures of hotel is misleading.

Staff and rooms were nice. It's an older place with a few cosmetic upgrades. Our door had a boot print on it like it was kicked open. It's walking distance to an ABC store and the Coastal Ale House. It's not a bad place, especially for the rate, but not the best area for a famil.

The staff was fantastic!!! Ver accommodating for everything we needed! The only thing we didn’t like was we were right next to the outside door when someone came in the door was slammed every time but other than that loved it Thank you so much

The room had an odd odor, the building was in a noisy area, although the room was relatively quiet, and the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. We ended up cancelling the second night and went to another hotel.

The staff seemed ok, but the hotel itself has declined greatly since the first time I stayed there 4 years ago. A pipe burst in the second building, no hot water except for one short amount of time over two days. No offer to refund either of two rooms. There was literally a small pond in the middle corridor. Fire door was also propped open the entire time, the one that has a sign beside it saying door must remain closed at all times. Lastly, the security latch on the back of the room door was broken off and the dead bolt couldn't lock. Last time we stay there.

No hot water for 2 1/2 days! Not amenable to vacation! Could not ensure cleanliness of breakfast area due to a homeless man present and touching all of the breakfast items. We ate out for food safety!
