The room was very hot for us on arrival. To assist, the staff kindly upgraded the room and allowed window to be open. Exceptional service in sorting our issue and much appreciated!!

Our room was on 10th floor and was absolutely amazing, stylish wooden Japanese style walls with loads of mirrors, a comfortable bed, super modern bathroom with bath and shower.
