The Grand Palladium is a very nice hotel that is located in a quiet area of Munich. I stayed here during a recent heatwave in Europe and like many other hotels I've encountered, it does not have air conditioning. My room was a very nice modern room that had large windows and a fan. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and there's a nice restaurant on site. Underground parking is available and there were a lot of available spaces when I stayed.

Couldn't close the windows in the room.

Overall the experience was pleasant enough. But the window locks were defective. Once you've opened the window, you can't turn the grip to the initial position and close it.

A hidden gem close to metro in residential area.

This is the perfect hotel for a stay in Munich. Close to the metro. Safe neighbourhood. Good restaurants close by. What we loved were the roomy suites. Perfect for a tall family. Storage. Beautiful bathrooms. Sweetest, funniest clerk at reception. The beds could be a little less firm but overall okay. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Munich. Loved it
